Adelphi Research Yohimbine 10mg is an alpha-2 adrenergic antagonist that targets stubborn fat deposits, particularly in the lower abdomen, hips, and thighs. Yohimbine works by blocking alpha-2 receptors in fat cells, which are concentrated in “stubborn fat” areas and normally resist mobilisation during dieting. Must be taken in a fasted state (insulin blocks Yohimbine’s mechanism). Start at 5mg (half tablet) and titrate to 10-20mg. Stimulant effects include elevated heart rate and anxiety at higher doses.
