1. Overview

At SteroidShop.co.uk, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If something is not right with your order, we are committed to resolving it quickly and fairly. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that meet all of the following conditions:

The item is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
You have your order number and proof of purchase

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, faulty, or incorrect (wrong item sent), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@steriodshop.co.uk. Please include:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item
A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. You will not be required to return the damaged item unless specifically requested.

Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Lost Parcels

If your order tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe places at your delivery address. If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us within 7 days and we will raise an investigation with the courier. If the investigation confirms the parcel is lost, we will arrange a replacement dispatch or full refund at our discretion.

For parcels that tracking shows as still in transit beyond the expected delivery window (5 working days for UK, 14 working days for Europe), contact us and we will investigate immediately.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or are incorrect:

Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
Items from the Clearance Sale category (final sale)
Products returned after the 14-day return window

7. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@steriodshop.co.uk with the following information: your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for return, and photographs if applicable. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions, including the return address. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged, faulty, or incorrect item).

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.
