UK Delivery
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT on a working day (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Most UK mainland customers receive their order the following working day.

European Delivery
We offer tracked and insured international shipping to all major European countries. European orders are dispatched within 1 working day and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing times.

Discreet Packaging
Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There are no product names, brand logos, or references to our business on the parcel exterior or shipping label. The return address is neutral and anonymous. Your privacy is our priority.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order (on a working day), please contact us at support@steriodshop.co.uk.
Dispatch Cutoff
The cutoff time for same-day dispatch is 1:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If the tracking shows the parcel is lost or if you have not received it within 5 working days (UK) or 14 working days (Europe), contact us and we will investigate with the courier. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
